CHASE FIELD EVENT INFORMATION
Here is the important game day info for the event at Chase Field on April 30th! Make sure you send this to all of your parents/coaches, there is important information on this. I will also attach the field layout at the end of the email, that is the field where your teams will be playing at.
NO CLEATS OR TURF SHOES are allowed on the field. Only soft soled athletic shoes (tennis shoes) are permitted. No food is allowed on the field, this includes sunflower seeds and gum.
Also make sure all the parents start purchasing their passes as soon as possible through the link and Fyer I sent you.
Please aim to arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of your slated gametime to ensure ample time to check-in and find your seat. Teams have to be on the field at least 15 minutes ahead of their gametime. If your team is playing during the first hour of the event, doors open 30 minutes ahead of scheduled game time; we will make sure that athletes and their families are in-place before gametime! 2) Parking and Entry
Parking is $5, and is located in Chase Field Garage; please enter the venue through Gate E. 3) Seating
Seating will be located in sections *101-110 and 134-144. * 4) Check-In
This is a step-by-step overview of the check-in process.
Please proceed toward the stands after getting checked-in, where you can find your seats.The open sections are 101-110 and 134-144. All GA supporters can sit anywhere in the permitted sections besides rows 1-6, as these are reserved for Gold and Platinum Donors.
There are no physical tickets for our events. The first and last name you registered with will be placed on a guest list along with the number/type of passes purchased. If your party is arriving at different times, this is okay, they will just have to give your first and last name at the check-in table. 5) Gold/Platinum Donors
Gold Donors: Rows 1-6 are reserved for Gold Donors. You will be given a wristband at check-in, which will give you access to the first 6 rows. Please enter the open sections and head down to rows 1-6 where a Playbook employee will be working to verify your wristbands.
Platinum Pass: You will be given a wristband at check-in, which will give you access to the specified spectator zones on the warning track of the field. Please continue to the open sections as stated above in seats 101-110 or 134-144. There will be no seating on the field, but feel free to bring a towel or blanket. The warning track is red dirt, so please dress accordingly! 6) Concession
There will be no concessions open for this event. Only water is allowed on the field, but food and drink is allowed inside. The venue has a strict no alcohol policy. Players are recommended to bring water bottles, but water will also be provided on the field. 7) Photos
We work to have photos of all teams, and work to take pictures of all individuals in-action, to document their participation in the event! You will receive an email with a link to access your photos 10 days after your event. If you did not purchase a photo package, you will also receive a link to view your photos and can purchase them through the link. 8) WaiversChase Field requires all on-field participants (including coaches, athletes, and referees) to complete a waiver. Please complete this waiver ahead of time to ensure a prompt check-in process! You must print out the waiver and hand it to a Playbook employee when you check in.
